Condo right on Tenney Mountain. Enjoy all the resort activites and go tubing right out your back deck. Sunsplashed 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath open concept condo. Centrally located in Plymouth, NH. Close to the Polar Caves, Ice Castles, Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, Rumney Rock and Newfound Lake. Visit downtown Plymouth with restaurants, unique shops and Plymouth by State University. We have a ring camera installed at the front door.

From a convenient check in code to the safety pin in the washroom to help me restring my son’s hoodie the thought put into this home was greatly appreciated. It comfortably fit my family, and we enjoyed the games offered. The location is close to slopes and town- was everything we could hope for! Thanks for the hospitality!

Very clean, spacious condo with Tenney Mt. super close. Comfortable beds and living areas, close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet summer getaway

The condo sits slope side with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very quiet neighbors, The owners have it stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Six Burner Bistro in Plymouth that was recommended in the book the owners left for us. Also Tenny Mountain Lodge was open with live music and food/drinks. We would stay at this property again!

Overall a great stay at Kathys place. Convenient to Plymouth and the things there. AC's in the bedrooms helped a lot during the heatwave but the living room could get stuffy. She was very nice to let me stay a couple extra hours when my medicine made me sick the day of checkout.Only thing I would ding on was the showers were not especially clean when we arrived. My mum had to clean them, as there was hair, etc in them. Easily solved but a bummer after a long few days of driving. I would advise reaching out to who does the cleaning and make sure they are cleaning the showers well.

Plymouth State Family Weekend

Our family gathered to visit our son for Plymouth State Family weekend. We had great space to spend time together. The condo was very tidy, comfortable bedding and mattresses. Loved the dual coffee maker. Sofa space was good for our large family. My teens appreciated the wifi as they all had school work to complete. The patio view was pretty with the fall foliage. Our family has allergies, so we appreciated the cleanliness. Hoping to return in the future. Was a short drive to campus, and nice for our student to sleep in a comfy bed in quiet space for the weekend.
