Equipped with 1 Queen, 2 Full (bunk beds), 2 twin beds(daybed plus trundle), 1 full futon, 2 sleeper chairs, 1 couch, 1 loveseat. 2 bathrooms, 3 TVs with DirecTV, WiFi, washer, dryer, iron, 2 hair dryers, kitchen with cooking essentials including mircowave, coffee pot with coffee included and also a variety of tea flavors. Also included: BBQ grill, covered porch, bedroom balcony, outdoor seating and dining areas, outdoor covered smoking areas, fenced in yard, 1 car covered parking, multiple car side street parking, doggie doors, & bike stands.
