Tucked in the historic district, this recently-renovated home offers 2 bed/2 full baths, a sunroom with 1 full daybed, & a sofa just mins from downtown. Enjoy a cup of coffee on porch. Stroll through the historic neighborhood & enjoy various styles of architecture. Two min drive/10 min walk to downtown & National Park hike/bike trails. Safe area. Great Wifi. Two miles to racetrack & casino.

*Pets welcome w/ $50 fee. Message host w/ pet description - please keep pets off beds/other furniture.

Driveway is shared with the Carriage House next door (also a rental of ours). Please be courteous of parking spots. Choose a designated parking spot, and please don't block in vehicles you don't know. One street parking spot available directly in front of main home.

Yard may be shared with other guests. Back yard is not fenced.

Hot Springs Adventure

Had a fabulous stay at 914 Prospect. Very roomy house that was clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Also close to town and hiking trails. Loved walking thru the historic neighborhood! Becca was responsive to our questions and checkin/check out process was easy. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Thanks!

Lovely cottage in a good neighborhood!

I went with friends for a girls trip to do the usual Hot Springs things – bath house, diamond hunting, shopping, etc. The property was well located in a nice neighborhood right at the edge of the national park. We especially enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and cocktails in the evening. There were three of us and we all enjoyed having our own bedroom, along with two bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the presence of a washer and dryer. The host was super responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend both the lodging and the host.!
