The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all the windows and doors are locked.
Trash pickup is Monday morning. If youre there this time, please take the trash cans to the street on the grass strip by the road on SUNDAY night. If not, let me know and my cleaning team come do it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking inside. This includes Cannabis. This violation will terminate your stay and you will be charged extra cleaning fees up to $200.00.
No loud parties. Please respect the city and their quite hours which are 10 P.M to 7 A.M.
If you stay Sunday night into Monday, please put the trash can down to the street on Sunday night. place it on the strip of grass by the street.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rose House! The location was perfect for walking into the Historic District and enjoying Hot Springs National Park. The home is lovely, well-furnished, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 4 teenagers to spread out. Our host, Rachel was kind, helpful and responsive. We would stay here again and again!

Girls’ Weekend Getaway

The house was just as advertised. Very spacious and accommodating. Very close to downtown. We walked one day. Super cute and fun. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

This was a great place for my family to stay for the week! The host went above and beyond with the little extra touches, such as little dog treats/bed for our dog, soap/laundry soap, etc. and the beverage syrup station was so unexpected and wonderful! The beds were super comfortable, the pillows/bedding were soft. Perfect location to be close to the downtown/bathhouse row area without being in the middle of it. House was also stocked with games/books. We would definitely try to re-book this if we return to Hot asprings!

Nice Stay

We stayed two nights. Our party of 8 consisted of myself, my brother, my two children with their spouses and children. •Plenty of room to spread out•Only one bathroom with tub/shower but we knew that when we booked. There is also a half bath.•Kids loved the swing on the front porch•Safe neighborhood-close to historic downtown•Clean and well equipped•Space for one car in driveway but street parking is available. (Street parking in on a hill be we had no problems)Very nice stay. We would stay again if in the area.

Great Stay!!

My husband and our two friends needed a little getaway for the weekend so we decided to book the Rose House. House was great, location was perfect, close enough to walk to everything, we had everything we needed for our stay and they even had fans! I can’t go anywhere without my fan so I really appreciated that. And I accidentally left my AirPod on the bed and they are going to mail it back to me, above and beyond doesn’t even explain. We very much enjoyed our stay and how attentive Rachel was throughout the process, we will definitely be back for future Hot Springs trips.
