    Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
    We’ve stayed at this location before under the previous ownership and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, under the new ownership, our visit was the complete opposite. From the start, we were treated rudely, and throughout our stay, the host’s behavior became harassing and intrusive.This was especially upsetting because we had confirmed in writing that my ADA-protected service dogs were allowed. Instead of a relaxing getaway, we felt watched and unwelcome.It’s disappointing to see such a drastic change in how guests are treated here. We will not be returning.
