Unit was immaculate, nicely equipped including coffee pods for the keurig and sugar, very quiet. Totally residential area, 10 minute drive to stores, just under 30 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers. Host extremely responsive.

My husband and stayed a week at this immaculate mini- apartment and we were impressed with the special touches and attention to detail the hosts put forth to make their guests feel at home! From the extra toiletries to the plants potted outside the door, we felt welcome and relaxed. The unit itself is gorgeous, clean, and spacious for 2 adults. While we didnt cook, everything was there if we needed to. We appreciated the ease of keypad check in and the quiet privacy of the hosts. Location felt safe and the drive into Cape Coral for necessities was only 15-20 minutes. We definitely recommend and will refer family to this rental.

They were marvelous hosts and were very responsive with a couple questions we had. Very clean place, all new appliances, furniture, tv, bed. Was a great place and located within short distance of a major shopping center, ie., Aldie’s grocery, Target, Starbucks, etc. would highly recommend this place.
