Fishermens Dream! Paved parking area for 2 boats with electric 30 amp & 50 amp plugs. Just 2 miles from Bluestone Boat Ramp! Sit on the new 12’ X 26’ covered front porch and enjoy the rocking chairs and watching the boats come in and out of Bluestone.
The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen & utility / laundry room. Bedroom 1 has a King bed and 43” inch TV.
Bedroom 2 has two twin beds.
Bathroom is a hall bath with a tub / shower combination.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a 6’ island with bar seating for 4.
Living room has a Lay-Z-Boy sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen mattress, 2 Lay-Z-Boy recliners and a 55” inch TV.

Great weekend getaway

Awesome rental! Upgrades were amazing. Front porch and fire pit was great. Owners were very accomadating. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

The house was everything as seen online and very clean! It looked like it was just remodeled and very nice! The drive way also had more than enough room to park 2 trucks and 2 boats! Great place to stay!

Anniversary Trip

We love to catfish in NC and wanted to try out Buggs Island Lake. This was our 2 year wedding anniversary and we enjoyed our stay and time. House was so clean and cozy! The King bed was so comfortable and even tried to find what kind of mattress it was. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

We went down for the Blue Ridge Rock Festival. Our host graciously let us in early to drop off our stuff before we headed to the festival. The house was very nice and very clean. The location was gorgeous. Everything worked great. The honest responded very promptly any time I messaged him.

Weekend Getaway

We were very impressed with the property and the location. Even though it wasn’t exactly on the water, we really enjoyed it. One thing we did notice was the amount of bugs on the ceiling and behind the curtains in the living room (on the side with the door). It seemed like they kept slipping in between the sliding doors. No worries though, We know it was very hot that weekend.

Beautiful little getaway in a wonderful neighborhood!

This was the perfect place for our needs. My husband and I traveled to Bugs Island for a BASS Nation Collegiate Open Tournament with my son and his team partner. First impressions are everything, and this house was beautiful inside and out! Daniel and Brandy have taken extreme care in the remodel and turned an older home into a modern delight. The home was so very clean when we arrived. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was very well stocked and beautiful and opened to a wonderful common area. I cannot say enough about the back porch and fire pit area that has scenic view of the Bluestone area of the lake. The neighbors are friendly… especially the four-legged, furry ones…loved meeting Mark and his furry companion Dixie. There was plenty of room for two boats with power hook-ups. We grilled on the outdoor gas grill and made a large meal in the double oven to take over to another house for the rest of my son’s teammates. All-in-all, this was one of the best homes we have stayed in. 10/10 recommend for fishermen, as well as for just a getaway to Buggs Island!
