We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The "beach" portion and gradual incline into the lake was great for the kids to play and we were able to enjoy fishing. The house was well equipped with lots of games, lots of sleeping options, floats, chairs, utensils, kitchen supplies and basically everything we needed to make our stay easy and relaxing. Communication with the host was also easy and effective. We enjoyed our stay and plan to do it again sometime soon.

Unfortunately the first impression was spider webs with bug around the entry. Some dishes were not clean and caused us to clean any that we used. Screen patio was not appealing with stains on the floor. The final straw was the bedding showed stains and left an uneasy feeling to the stay.We left the next morning and the host gave us a refund.

We take cleanliness very seriously and have our home professionally cleaned before every arrival. When this guest reported concerns the morning after check-in, we immediately offered to send our professional cleaning crew back to the property to address every single item. The guest explicitly refused this remedy and instead demanded an immediate refund, which we provided to end the reservation. We are fully committed to a 5-star guest experience and always stand ready to resolve any issues quickly if given the opportunity.

The house and property are exceptional. I was primarily on the main floor as I was the one doing the cooking. Having entertainment for the younger crowd helped me a lot when I was finishing dinner. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Clarksville in general is a charming town.

Went with family a friends. Lovely house, two docks were nice just a little bit of a walk to get to them but there was a nice cleared path way to get to them. Would definitely stay again.

Great family lake vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this lake front property. The house accommodated 3 generations of our family. The basement was perfect for the teenagers and kids. They enjoyed the ping pong and air hockey tables. We brought our boat and enjoyed so much time on the water, as well as floating, swimming and fishing from the dock. The communication from the owner was excellent and we highly recommend this vacation rental.

We stayed at this property for Lakefest. It's quiet, clean, and close to Clarksville. Loved the shady, private walk to the beach and all the amenities. Such a quiet cove for small children to swim and enjoy the water. Internet was spotty, but otherwise great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lake home. The house was clean and had plenty of room for 8 of us. The cove location is perfect with a great beach. Highly recommend. Our family will be back soon!

Great Family Location

We had a great time. The house was clean and well stocked. All of the furniture, especially the beds, were very comfortable. The large table was perfect for big dinners. The lake was beautiful and very quiet our entire week.
