The place was clean and comfortable and the neighbors were nice. Location was good as shopping and restaurants were just down the road a short distance.
A weekend getaway close to downtown Zionsville and this property was an excellent fit. Responsive management and a nice, quiet location

It is a wonderful neighborhood and it was a great place for us to lay our heads. However, there is no home feeling to it; all very cheap furniture. I had some issues at first with the check-in and when trying to call someone no answered; but then they immediately texted me…..and we’re not responding at all in a timely manner. The bathroom spot above the shower head is peeling off and there is water getting in. The outside patio was covered in bird poop because of the birds nests there. This property is listed as having access to a shared pool, However when asked about it they stated it was only for people staying longer than 28 days; again not advertised. We had access once I pointed this out and asked to speak to a manger. Although our stay was fine and it was a great area I would not stay here again.

stay in zionsville/whitestown
property is well-kept - many permanent residents and i felt safe being there. the apartment is a nice space and great for 1-2 people. it was basically clean and minimalist decorated. there is nothing in the bedroom but the bed and 2 small side tables with lights. could use at least a luggage rack or 2 or another piece of furniture that would have provided drawer space to unpack and somewhere else to set things.
my biggest surprise was the 18 steps i had to climb every time to get into or out of this apartment. i may not have read carefully enough but being 75 you are lucky i could do this. really needs a warning or something very visible for people to understand it is Not handicapped accessible.
one tiny towel rack in the bathroom? no hook anywhere to hang anything?
got hangers from friends from to supplement the few that were there.
the person in the apartment underneath me is a smoker and the smell settles on the apartment above! he also, has a dog he leaves to go to works which barks occasionally during the days he’s at work.
the stovetop is absolutely gross! grease piled up around burners then smeared across the top. i did not use it at all!
brita filter needs to be replaced.
if you want us to keep the place somewhat clean then you should have cleaning rags/sponges available. i went to buy my own because paper towels don’t cut it!
i hated roku tv! everything worth watching cost money! no local channels really bothered me.
