Near the Monon

Location can’t be beat if you love a stroll on the Monon and the Broad Ripple area. We enjoyed our stay in this quaint adorable blue house. Hosts were great with communication.

Excellent neighborhood!

We loved staying in Broad Ripple. It was just down the street from our son’s townhouse which made it so convenient. The house was cozy and comfortable. Perfect for our weekend in Indy!

Broad Ripple/Indy Weekend

We stayed at this adorable house for 3 nights while visiting our daughter who is attending grad school at UIndy. The house is in the perfect location to see our daughter in SoBro, visit the restaurants and bars in Broad Ripple and take a quick ride to downtown Indy. The house was very clean and the decor is adorable!

Hello! We are Ben and Kat from Arlington, Washington which is about an hour north of Seattle and an hour south of Vancouver, BC Canada where we live and work together full-time in our daily careers in the technology and security industry.

We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and being active as well as traveling and experiencing new places and meeting new people from all walks of life. We have done an extensive amount of travel between serving in the US Navy and living around the country from Washington and California to New Jersey.

We host a few homes we call Animal House Retreats. They are located in the heart of Broad Ripple Indianapolis, in the Bavarian Village town of Leavenworth in Washington State, and in Downtown San Antonio. We love helping our guests to create memorable and lasting memories through experiences and comfortable home away-from-home accommodations in great walkable locations!

We are passionate about animal rescues and donate a portion of all proceeds from our homes to support finding forever families for dogs and cats. We look forward to hosting you!

We provide bikes for guests to ride the Monon Trail just 1 block away. We provide board games for the times our guests would rather stay in for the night also. We are always a phone call or message away when our guests need anything!

Our home is beautifully decorated and a short 3-block walk to the heart of Broad Ripple
which is loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, and great times! We are also a short uber, bus or drive away from all of the attractions of Indianapolis!
