Welcome to the PBC in Encinitas Historical District, North County Coastal San Diego. Enjoy this quiet house in the best and most centric place to stay for the North County San Diego Coastal experience! The PBC is a modern & spacious 1,000 sq. ft. freestanding beach house situated within a 10,000 sq. ft. lush tropical palm grove. There are over 200 palm trunks offering filtered shade and tropical ambience accentuated by the light ocean breezes passing through the palm leaves. The entire property has been designed with excellent attention to detail, amenities and your privacy. Imported Indonesian furniture from Bali makes you feel like you are on your own private island!
The PBC has about everything you would expect in your home and immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. High open-beam vaulted ceilings incredible modern yet subtle indirect illumination, lots of natural day lighting from the seven sky lights, great professional cooking facilities and luxurious linens! Great tropical outdoor living areas provide amazing retreat and entrainment options. The front fire patio with its outdoor fire place chimney is surrounded with relaxing deep seating arm chairs creating the perfect day & evening garden fire-side lounge. The rear fireside Tiki-deck provides a perfect fireside dining and cocktail spot as well as a peaceful morning coffee venue. The new TIKI-TUB (Deeply Relaxing Hot-Tub for All Humans) is available for your exclusive enjoyment. Enjoy your own private hot or cold soak in the cowboy style "Tiki-Tub" just off the master bedroom with its own outdoor fireplace and real gas tiki torches! A native Southern California coastal resident for 40+ years! I have spent the past 30 years in North San Diego County enjoying the coastal community and environment as I will always be drawn to a western sunset! I have a 20+ year commercial real estate background with broad geographic coverage with a Global firm before starting my own firm in 2011, Commercial West Realty Advisors. Love traveling and using VRBO/Homeaway properties all over! Spend lots of time in Baja enjoying the rugged country it offers In close proximity to San Diego. Trail running in local mountains occupies much of my time as well. Just love that southern CA lifestyle so much....

Encinitas is perfectly located and yet a relaxed beach town... Coastal and ocean access for beach and surfing is awesome, trails for running, and close walking proximity to both downtown Encinitas makes the location a big win!! Love the quiet neighborhood full of unique and eclectic homes dates back to the 30's! Large lot sizes allow for more than typical land per house in comparison to any other coastal community!
