Welcome to the PBC in Encinitas Historical District, North County Coastal San Diego. The PBC is a modern & spacious 1,000 sq. ft. freestanding beach house situated within a 10,000 sq. ft. lush tropical palm grove. High open-beam vaulted ceilings incredible modern yet subtle indirect illumination, lots of natural day lighting from the seven sky lights, great professional cooking facilities and luxurious linens! Great tropical outdoor living areas provide amazing retreat and entrainment options. We continue to come back to this rental because it's by far the best place we've ever stayed. We love all the amenities in the lodging; the fire pits, the tiki tub, it's all just so incredible relaxing and serene. Eric, Anne, and adorable pup Juan are fantastic hosts and always responsive. Property management lives nearby and are nice and communicative. Place has a lot of charm and is plenty of space for 2, even the kitchenware is top quality. The moment you step through the front gate, the cottage grabbed you with the beautiful tropical manicured yard, then to step into a tropical themed cottage that was cute and cozy. We loved our stay at Pacific Palm Grove! The cottage and grounds were just beautiful...so well-designed, well-equipped and comfortable. And we so enjoyed walking in the historic neighborhood..such an eclectic array of homes with pretty gardens and foliage. Gorgeous beaches nearby too, and a lovely botanic garden. Great restaurants and cute shops in the area. Our host, Eric, was incredibly helpful and nice. We'd go back in a minute!

This was our second time to stay at Eric’s Palm tree oasis. We are so comfortable there, feel so relaxed, and love the vibe. I made sure to use the patios more this time. At night, we lit the awesome fireplace in the living room. He made some nice updates with the surround sound and ambiance.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at the PBC and can't wait to come back and stay again in the future. We loved all the incredible amenities (tiki tub, fire places, tiki torches, etc.) And the town of Encinitas has everything you need and more. Perfect location to access a walk along the coastal rail trail or wander into the center of town and visit great local restaurants. A short drive from San Diego, but you feel like you are in an island oasis away from it all. This place is a gem!

Love the quiet neighborhood full of unique and eclectic homes dates back to the 30's! Large lot sizes allow for more than typical land per house in comparison to any other coastal community!
