About this property

I live in the 1st floor so its just about 6 steps and you are in, we have a doorman from 7am to 10pm and 2 gates.
I have a parking spot that you can use and the doorman serves as valet also. I can rent my car out if needed is a SUV.
I have a nice open space for the living room area and the dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen as I love to cook and a bedroom with a full bathroom and a bedroom bigger without the bathroom inside but down the aisle.
There is a 3rd room but that is my storage room where I keep everything while I travel the world.
I am pet friendly so as my neighborhood, so your pets are welcome as long as they take care of my house.
I collect magnets from around the world on my fridge, feel free to bring one in and put it up!

My beautiful apartment is located in the perfect residencial area of Mexico City, 3 block from a main avenue and from the World Trade Center, 6 minutes away from Condesa and Roma, 20 minutes from Polanco.
This area is more quite familiar, lot of coffee shops, 5 delicious restaurants on the end of the street, safe to walk around and a lot of parks. Yet you are close to downtown, to the foodie are and in the middle of the city so its very convenient to move around.
It's a safe place to walk around and enjoy the nice weather!
