Each sleeping space offers premium comfort and privacy. The luxurious master suite includes a king bed and spa-like ensuite featuring double vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. Two additional queen bedrooms each provide custom Elfa closet storage and room-darkening shades. Versatile sleeping options include a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy convenient bathroom access with a shared hall bathroom (shower/tub combo and dual vanity) plus an additional half bath.

Enjoy state-of-the-art technology throughout your stay. The den entertainment center features a modern sectional and 43" Sony 4K TV. The living room media system includes a 75" Sony 4K TV and immersive 7.1 surround sound. Our home offers 4K Blu-Ray players, Dish Network satellite TV, family board games and movies.

High-speed WiFi is available throughout the property.

Stay comfortable with central air conditioning and heating. Electric vehicle owners will appreciate our Tesla Universal Wall Connector (NACS/J1172 EV charger) available during off-peak hours (midnight to 3 PM).

Property Policies

To maintain our peaceful retreat, we have the following policies:
- Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property.
- No parties or events.
- Signed rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking. Pool/spa waiver required for guests under 18.
- Dogs permitted only with owner's permission (cannot be left unattended).
- Large vehicles beyond minivan size not allowed on property. - - Quiet hours 9 PM to 7 AM per county regulations; no outdoor amplified sound.
- Maximum 8 overnight guests; total guests and daytime visitors not to exceed 14 per regulations.
