Wonderful property, great location to everything. Comfortable beds, beautiful remodeled bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and more. Owner has put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable on their vacation in this home.
Just as advertised! Extremely clean and comfortable. Communication with host was timely and effective, and the location was easy to get to and centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Have stayed in cabins almost every time we have visited this area. This place was surprisingly more upscale inside with large tvs, luxurious bathrooms, nice bedrooms w/tvs and super kitchen and appliances. All within 2 minutes of the main road. Definitely would consider staying here again.
This house was perfect for our trip! It’s conveniently located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, which made getting around super easy. The home was beautifully decorated and had such a cozy feel. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend
Beautiful cabin, so clean, right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Reginald and Ashley were great hosts and made sure everything was great with our stay from start to finish. Cabin feels like a spa experience! Highly recommend!!!!
Our stay here was great. No major issues, just a couple of smaller ones and the ower took care of those as soon as we notified them. The owner was very responsive to messages the entire time we were there. Great location just outside of Pigeon Forge. The property was very clean and well maintained. It was one of the best stays we've ever had in the Smokies.
This guest made no complaints during their stay and left something damaged. After showing before and after pictures, they refused to take responsibility. This is the real reason behind their rating.
The house was absolutely beautiful. Our only complaint was not any yard for dogs to go out. The listing said 12 acres but it was all mountain. Was very close to things to do.

There is a front yard and space along the sides for dogs to use.
Location was great….between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The cabin sleeps 6, but maybe tight if there were 6 adults. This is dog friendly, but be aware the outdoor space for them to do their business is small. If you have a fussy pup, maybe an issue. We would stay here again.
The property is less than ten minutes to the strip in Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. Fantastic location for all the local attractions.
The home was clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had virtually everyone we needed. The coffee stain was a nice touch too.
We had a couple of questions during our stay and the owners were quick to respond and help.
We would definitely stay here again if we were going back to the area.
Very nice place, my only suggestion would be to have a welcome basket with contact information and information about the area and the check out procedures

Hi Anita. There are signs on the property with contact information and checkout instructions. We also send a message with the checkout instructions on the day before checkout.
Property was very clean, nicely decorated, and well organized. Looked brand new. Home was well stocked with everything we needed and storage was well organized with labels for most light switches and instructions when needed. Very good location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Quiet location. Prompt communication with owner. Easy check-in.
We had a very nice stay at this clean, comfortable, well stocked home. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us, plus our 2 dogs. There was a small area of grass which was enough for the dogs, plus a driveway to walk them to stay off the busier road out front. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the supplied soaps and towels for the bathrooms were great, and the hot tub was excellent for relaxing after a day at Ober Mountain. A little bit of traffic noise, but simply pulling the curtains helped a lot with the passing lights. Checking in and out was a breeze, and hosts were responsive. Being right in the middle of between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge made getting places pretty quick. We would stay here again!
The house is very nice and clean. Owners were nice. There are a few cons... wasp nest under porch and my son got stung 3 times, very low water pressure upstairs, the showers need new handles. Surprise 75 pet fee after already paying through vrbo but not listed anywhere in the property details. Also says pet friendly but pets are expected to stay off of furniture and have to use the front yard to let your dogs use the restroom but its really small and my dog fell in a water meter hole because the cover was not properly installed. We did enjoy the activities they had(axe throwing, corn hole). The hot tub was fun. Location is good, close to Gatlinburg And Pigeon Forge but also in a private area. The power went out but owner was very responsive and let us use the generator until the power was restored. Overall the house was pretty good except for a few cons.

This guest overlooked all of the emails and instructions that were sent to him so everything caught him by surprise. Unfortunately, pet friendly does not mean pets stay free due to the extra cleaning behind pets and cleaning up pet hair. We were in constant communication and he never mentioned the wasp nest or yard issue.
We take care of the property, but remember this is in a National Forest.

Nice Propert - Needs Cleaned
The location is great! Perfectly located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owners spared no experience in modern updates. Its beautifully decorated. The towels were nice and white and new looking. The beds were decently comfortable (could use mattress pads in my opinion- but not a deal breaker). The house "appeared" clean when we first arrived. However, the floors had not been mopped or rugs swept. Fortunately, they left the sweeper out so I swept the floors. There was food on the floor in the bedroom and dining room, dust bunnies under everything and behind doors, rugs matted down with dirt tracking. When I let owners know and sent pictures I received no response back - when up to that point all communication was responded to fairly quickly. The dishes in the dish washer were still dirty (had sat with food on them and needed to run 2x before food was gone). The kitchen was well equipped but could use a cleaning as there was drips of stuff in the silverware drawer, the cabinets had food drops down the front. Again, just a little more attention to detail (simple cleaning) and this property would be a big five star. I assume the owners pay good money for a cleaning service (as I was charged a cleaning fee) so hopefully they can get that piece fixed. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!
