BEACH RETREAT 111 is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 full bath ground floor end unit. Each room has been remodeled with new white porcelain tile, all new baths, new kitchen and vanity cabinets, new kitchen appliances and all new furnishings. The “dreamy” color palette of sea salt and sea foam, reflects the sugar white sand and aqua blue water of the Emerald Coast. The soft colors and tile choices complement our eclectic Country French / Coastal Design.

Convenient location! Ground floor, end unit, a few steps out the living room door and you are ON THE BEACH! Easy access with little ones and all their beach toys. Closest to pet area.

The King Master ensuite bath was converted to a large walk in shower, with two shower heads, accented by a sparkling chandelier. The cabinetry includes two vessel sinks, quartz countertops and a jewelry tower. From the king bed you have a view of the Gulf, it also opens onto the lanai. A large dressing mirror is provided and also a large closet. Over the dresser is a 50” wall mounted Smart TV. New black out drapery, great for sleeping in and a decorative, remote controlled ceiling fan.

The second King Bedroom also has an ensuite bath with a new walk in shower and all new tile. We added new vent fans with automatic moisture control in each bathroom and new soft close toilet. New cabinetry, quartz counter tops, and new lighting were also added. Over the chest of drawers is a 50” wall mounted Smart TV, with new bedding and all white linens.

There is still another King bedroom with a shared bath. This bathroom has a new bathtub/shower, beautifully tiled, new quartz vanity top. In this bath there is a new large capacity stacked washer and dryer.

Plantation shutters are used on all windows. All new custom drapery in the Living Room and Master Bedroom.

All 3 bedrooms have new 50” Smart TV’s.

In the hall, there is an alcove with a full and a twin bunk bed, with a wall mounted 38” TV. Each bed has a reading light. The alcove is walled with shiplap and washed in a beautiful custom aqua finish.

The dining area has a beautiful new table with seating for 6 and is accentuated with a chandelier. The counter height bar seats 4 with bar stool seating. A buffet anchors the area and stores special serving dishes.

The Gulf facing living room has comfortable leather swivel chairs, a beautiful Bernhardt conversation sofa and chair offering plenty of seating for all. A 55” Smart TV for entertainment.

The Kitchen cabinets are accented with Champagne Gold Cabinet Pulls. A special niche houses the coffee maker. A pantry holds new cookware and provides storage for your groceries. The kitchen is furnished with GE Profile stainless steel appliances.

The Gulf facing Patio has a Polywood high top table with 4 chairs, 2 comfy sitting chairs and 2 chaise lounges for sun bathing or napping. We are only steps to the beach, where your beach chairs are set up for you each day March thru October. We are proud to say that our beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world.

No expense has been spared in renovating and furnishing, as this is our vacation home.
