You are two blocks from various local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, wineries, and breweries. Fall in with historic Wilmington staying in this hard-to-beat location! The condo itself is nice, bright, and comfortable. It features a kitchen that opens to the living room complete with a sleeper sofa. The bedroom includes a queen size bed and sizable closet for your things. There's a spacious bathroom as well as washer/dryer for use during your stay. You'll love spending time on the balcony overlooking the river while you sip your morning coffee or enjoy a drink while watching the sunset.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot about a block from the building.
