3 Osprey is comfortably situated in North Forest Beach, 4th row from the ocean and walking distance to Coligny Plaza, The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Forest Beach home rental on Hilton Head Island has two living areas, a private pool + hot tub and is designed to be friendly for guests of all ages, allowing guests greater ease navigating through the home.

The main level of the home with living & dining areas + kitchen is located on the second floor. The living area has a wall of windows allowing for natural light and an open floor plan so the group can commune over meals and family fun! **Fireplace is not for guest use.** The fully-equipped kitchen is open to the dining and living areas and is well-appointed with cooking utensils and supplies.

Osprey 3 comfortably sleeps 12 guests in four inviting bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor and two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main floor primary bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

On the second floor are the remaining two bedrooms and the second living space. The first bedroom has two twin beds and shares access to the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a king bed, and a private en-suite bathroom with double vanity, garden tub and walk-in shower. The second living area is perfect for gathering for movies or space for the kids! There are two addtional sleep spaces for added convenience- a queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom and a full sleeper sofa in the second floor loft area.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Forest Beach is known as Hilton Head's "downtown" offering a wide variety of bars, restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, and the buzzy Coligny Plaza. All of this is situated within the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island and directly on one of the finest beaches on the east coast.

Please note:
- The pool can be heated from September to April for an additional fee of $800/per week.
- The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $300/week.
- Elevators are prohibited from guest use.
- The fireplace is not for guest use.

Perfect Hilton Head House

The property is very well maintained, just 2 minutes walk to the beach, with a great pool and so much extra living space. It made our vacation perfection!

Great home in awesome location.

We spent a week with family in this great home in a very convenient location. The house has a really open layout with plenty of space for the 6 adults and 1 child we had in our party. The pool outside was well maintained and had great privacy.

As a family who has been visiting the Lowcountry for nearly thirty years, this was a fabulous house! It provided ample space for our group of adults - and two small children. It was clean, well maintained, and a great location. We will certainly be back!

Good location but could updating and some TLC

Rented with my spouse adult children for a week in March and found the location was very close to beach access and shopping/ restaurants as advertised. House is heavily carpeted, which we found to be a negative. Pool/hot tub heating was a bit expensive in our opinion ($200 per day) and the house could use some updating and maintenance. One bathroom was missing it’s ceiling fan cover, leaving a gaping hole, and the inside of the grill was heavily rusted and did not cook evenly. The yard had some trash from previous renters we assume and the cookware was old and scratched. All in all, not a five star property but it was close to beach and Coligny plaza shopping/restaurants.

Thank you the great feedback. We rely a good bit on our guests experience to improve on future stays. Pool heat charges are costly due to the cost of propane and the amount it takes to heat the pools. I will be sending this over to the owner and property manager to correct what can be corrected. First time in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head. This home is immaculate and has lots of room. I highly recommend getting bikes. You can easily get to restaurants and shopping that way. The neighborhood is not commercialized - which was great for us as we needed some peace and quiet. The yard has beautiful flowers - we particularly fell in love with the Spanish moss. Getting to the beach takes less than 5 minutes. We definitely want to thank our hosts for allowing us to stay in their lovely home and hope to go back next year! Tina & Tom

Great location!

This property located in the North Forest Beach area of HHI - just north of Coligny Plaza - is ideally located less that 50 yards from the beach. The home has been well-maintained and easily accommodated our family of 8. The property management company was responsive to the minor needs we had. All in all, good value and great location!

Perfect for our group of 10

We stayed for the week and had 3 families- 6 adults, 4 kids. Plenty of space for all spread out and to relax. Plenty of onsite towels and wash cloths. Nice screened in porch and kitchen. The pool was used every day. Plenty of chairs around the pool for kid watching and relaxing. Very easy to go to the beach and go back and forth since it is so close to the path. We cooked in the kitchen several times. Used the grill 2-3 times but it is getting a little crusty and needs foil on the grate. Washers and dryers are very good and we were happy to have dry towels and suits!

Great space & location

We found the home to very spacious and if you like the shabby beach look this one is for you. It was clean but it certainly shows as being lived in and certainly would benefit from a refresh on some of the kitchen pots & pans, pillows, wall paint & bathroom showers. We did request & pay for the pool to be heated however it did not heat up, despite reporting the unheated pool to Sunset Rentals. Also our second week we experienced unseasonably cold weather and the hot water pipes on main level froze. Despite these small concerns you can't beat the location!

This is our third time in 3 Osprey and we have booked again for next year. We really like the location and the property. The team at Sunset rentals is awesome. They are very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable

My experience was amazing. It was very close to the beach and I loved the property. I really liked how it was laid out and how spacious it was. It was definitely one of the most high-end houses we have stayed in. Even though I don't cook, the kitchen was amazing! The hot tub was not heated so that was a little disappointing. The screened in porch was amazing. We used it every day and it kept the bugs away; but you can still feel that nice ocean breeze. The pool was okay; nothing to die for, but the house made up for that. We couldn't figure out how to work the T.V

Not senior friendly, as advertised

Our extended family of 11, including my 90 year old mother, recently stayed here. We specifically rented this unit because the realtor told me (in march 2011) that it had an elevator, though we would need to sign a waiver to use it. When we arrived, we realized the elevator was not accessible at all, and the realtor then told us it was off limits to renters. This was a major disappointment because it limited my mother's access in and out for fun trips. I understand the owners right to keep the elevator off- limits, but the realtor who handled the property totally misled us. If you do not need "senior friendly", then this home is very nice.
