The place was absolutely gorgeous—spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The appliances were state-of-the-art, and the large TVs and pool made it fun and relaxing. The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this to anyone who needs a little breathing room around the holidays from family!

Totally updated Pool Home in Great Neighborhood!

Really nice property to vacation at. The master bath is like a European Spa. There is (roughly) 32" gorgeous tile that looks like continuous marble throughout every room. The kitchen is really done up nicely as well with high end LG stainless appliances. However, the BEST part of the experience is the property manager, Christy, she responds to you lightning fast if you ever need anything at all. we will be coming back for sure.

The house was nice. The necessities were not provided for a family of four that was staying eight days. So if you’re coming here and staying multiple days, bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, spices for your food. We actually bought a drip coffee maker and left it. We did the same with a bunch of pool toys.This is unlike any other VRBO we have stayed at. They usually come stocked for families with all the necessities. The heated pool was only operational 25% of the time. Two of eight days. That’s unfortunate because that’s why we rented this place. The outside pool area or furniture had not been cleaned of spiderwebs or debris. The pool deck needs power washing, and the screened in canopy was filthy. The host did refund us 150 for one day of missing out on the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was cold for six of the eight days.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home nice, but we’re sorry that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. We do provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, which is standard for short-term rentals, and we recommend guests bring or purchase additional items for extended stays. We appreciate your feedback on this and will review how we can better communicate it in our listing. Regarding the pool, we understand how important this amenity is and apologize again for the inconvenience you experienced. During your stay, a new filter did need to be installed, and while we worked to resolve this as quickly as possible, we’re sorry it could not be completed the same day the issue began. The pool heater is now fully functional, and everything has been addressed to ensure a smooth experience for future guests. As noted, we did provide a refund for part of the disruption, and we are continuing to address maintenance and cleaning to ensure a better experience moving forward. Thank you again for your comments. They help us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again with a much better stay.
