Nice property that was a good fit for our dog. The house was roomy and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fenced was a little small for our pup, so we used the walkable neighborhood to exercise our pooch.
When available, we book this house every time we come to Maryville to visit family, usually 3-4 times a year. It is perfect and feels like home. It is always spotless and uncluttered. The beds are wonderful, and we have everything we need in the kitchen. The location is perfect for Maryville, Alcoa, and Knoxville. This trip, we had an unfortunate incident that was our fault. Jason and Tanya took care of it quickly, and they were so kind. I will always check this house first for travel in this area.Book it! This is definitely one of the nicest rentals I have stayed at.
The house was great. We were there for a game at Tennessee University and a Titans game. The location was convenient for both. The beds were great and the shower was amazing (great water pressure)!! The kitchen was well appointed too. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a very pleasant stay in Maryville over Christmas. Host’s were very informative and communication was spot on. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of fenced in backyard for the furry family members.
We had a lovely stay! The beds were comfortable and the place very cute. It’s the perfect distance from downtown and close to lots of places. Jason and Tonya were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay with them again!
Quite comfortable and accommodating. Backyard fenced relieving anxieties about our dogs escaping for toilet breaks. Easy to use kitchen and splendid bathroom, room enough to have family over for dinner. King beds a real plus!
Rental was exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable and convenient location. It was very clean and had everything you could need for a stay. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and attentive. Check-in was very easy.

Thank you for the review. We hope to host you again in the future.
Came to stay for UT family weekend. House was as advertised and equipped with everything we needed. We were grateful to be able to bring our dogs with us so our UT student could see them. Our only recommendation would be to add a dehumidifier/air purifier to help with some of the humidity/moisture.
The house was very clean and, importantly for our group, it had a very well-stocked kitchen. The location was also great as it was almost smack-dab between Knoxville and the Smokies.
The owners we incredibly quick to respond to any questions and provided nice amenities (the foosball table was very fun!), and the bathroom was well-stocked with towels. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Thank you for the great review! We hope to host you again in the future.
Cute little home - older construction but decorated very comfortably. We didn’t spend much time inside - the only concern or complaint we had were the squeaky doors we had a toddler and whenever we tired close door it would squeak so loud it would wake her or in morning anyone opening door would wake someone else

Thank you for letting me know about the doors. I do the cleaning myself, and due to loss of hearing I do not hear the doors and no one has mentioned this before. I will fix this right away. We definitely want our guests to be comfortable in our home. Thanks again for letting me know and thank you for choosing our VRBO.
Outside: Yard not mowed. My dog didn't like the tall grass. Also, Stepping stone path was hard to navigate with grass being too high. Inside the house: Overall clean. Kitchen counters clean, refrigerator clean, bathroom clean, and bedrooms clean. The only dust that I saw were cobwebs in the corners of the rooms.
We enjoyed staying in this cute and updated home. It was in a great location for what we needed and a quiet street. Deep driveway for multiple cars as there is no street parking. Full size W/D. We worked remotely and WIFI did not disappoint!Bedrooms have king size beds with comfortable mattresses. TVs in each bedroom. Large closets in 2 of the rooms. A desk for working remotely in one bedroom. Nightstands in each room with lamps and power strips for charging devices was a plus. If you have stayed places without nightstands or electrical outlets, you know how lovely it is to have. Bedrooms could use dressers but that would not stop me from staying here again. The living room was roomy with lots of comfortable seating. Lots of throw blankets to use. Large smart TV with streaming. AC and heat worked great. Ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen had plenty of room to move around and cook. Lots of counter space and room to store groceries. Large refrigerator with ice maker. I love not having to buy ice. Dining table for 6. Generous supplies for the kitchen with trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, paper towels. Since I cooked most nights, some extra bakeware (casserole type dishes) would have been helpful. Decently stocked otherwise. The bathroom is beautiful and fully stocked. I appreciate the extra towels! The foosball table was fun for the kids. Owners were very responsive and the checkout instructions were reasonable. I would stay here again!
