This property is located in the heart of downtown Des Moines with quick access to almost anywhere downtown.

Parking is not included but affordable parking garages are directly south and west of the complex right across the street! Metered parking is also available around the unit.
Guests will enter into the main lobby and take a short elevated ride up to the cozy condo. Inside the unit features a full kitchen, dining area and breakfast bar, dedicated workspace, living room with smart TV, 2 bedrooms both with smart TV`s while also having access to shared spaces such as a community area with games, 24/7 fitness facility and rooftop lounge with dog park/relief area.

This is a downtown space and apartment complex and while it`s not particularly noisy you may hear other tenants or cars outside occasionally.
Guests will access the condo using a lockbox located outside of the complex that stores a set of keys and fobs. Please keep track of the keys at all times. Lost keys or fobs will results in a fee of up to $200.

Walk everywhere! Between the skywalk system and the amazing location you can walk almost anywhere downtown in 5-10 minutes. Ubers are very accessible from this location with an easy pickup rightout side of the complex.
The front door utilize a ring doorbell that records audio and video 24/7 for guests safety and security.
This unit is part of a beautifully restored historic building, where all 100+ units feature the original sealed concrete floors. These floors naturally show imperfections, variations, and markings from the building’s history, which are part of the intentional “industrial loft” style of the complex. This design choice gives each space its own distinctive and authentic character.
**Pet Policy** Dogs are welcome, but they must be included in your reservation at the time of booking. To add a pet, put the number of pets in the search option next to where you select the number of guests. The pet fee will be automatically applied to your reservation when included this way. Please note, if an unregistered or unpaid pet is brought to the property, the fee will be doubled.
** ADDITIONAL FEES ** $75 pet fee (Taxes and platform fees are added automatically on top of our pet fee) 1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am.
3. There is a $50 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. Pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. Unregistered pets are subject to a double priced pet fee.
5. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee.
6. A lost, missing, or damaged key, fob, or parking permit has a replacement cost of $75 each.
7. Check-Out Policy - Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out is not guaranteed and may only be available if there are no same-day bookings or scheduling conflicts with our cleaning team. If you`d like to request a late check-out, please inquire the day before departure. Requests made earlier will not receive a confirmed answer until that time. A fee may apply for a late check-out.
8. Check-In Policy - Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on same-day turnover and cleaning schedules. If you`d like to request early check-in, please reach out on the day of arrival. We are unable to confirm early check-in prior to that day. A fee may apply for early check-in.
9. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
10. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
11. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
12. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft.
13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance. Blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
14. Firearms and weapons are not allowed inside the unit or in the hallways of the building. Bringing a firearm onto the property will result in a $500 fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Great place downtown in the R&T building. Easy walk to Iowa Cubs game and tons of restaurants/breweries nearby. Parking was a breeze and connected by skyway. Rooftop patio offered a peaceful evening spot to relax.
Stay was terrific and exactly as advertised! Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect and comfortable accommodations for our family of 5. We would most definitely stay here again!
The location was perfect, we attended the Iowa Basketball Games as Wells Arena and could walk to the venue, parking was close and lost of restaurants close by.
The place was perfect for our girls trip. The location was a plus. Very comfortable beds, clean and cozy. I would definitely rent this property again.

Cold, drafts, upset that the ringcam outside the door was taken (after they sent a message of do not remove or block the camera). Sent a message and they replied that they were charging it (would have been nice to know). They have weird lights on the smoke detectors that seem to activate when entering a room. It was very cumbersome to traverse to and from the apartment. I could go on....
We spent the weekend in Des Moines visiting our daughter. Our family enjoyed using the game room in the basement. The building itself was exceptionally secure. The beds were comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Very comfortable for my daughter and I. No issues with parking and we felt very safe here. Thank you for a great space to come back to after a long, exhausting day of dance!
Great location to the Wellmark pool. Accessible to the Skywalk off the third floor. Starbucks is only one block away. Only con was that the bedroom closest to the road has a lot of noise from road traffic.
I'm a travel nurse that works night shift and this apartment was perfect. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. One of the bedrooms does not have windows which is perfect for a day sleeper. I will definitely stay here again if available.
The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and centrally located in downtown Des Moines near the locations our event was occurring. The host communicated well and check-n and check-out were very easy.

Property is quiet. A little tricky to navigate but they provide good directions.
We stay in many VRBO’s and this is near the top. Superb location, superb communication, super cool loft. Better than advertised.
