This is our second stay. Shay is a great property manager - always there for any issue and she provided us with an early check in. We will return !! thank you for a great stay !
My family had a great experience staying at this house. The house is very quiet and has a wonderful view. It’s larger than it appears in pictures and there are many outdoor areas on the property to hangout. The owner is very responsive to messages. We will be back!
The property manager was in contact with us multiple times prior to the beginning of our stay and multiple more times during our 2 day trip to make sure everything was ok, answer questions and provide info and tips about the area and things to do. This was over a holiday weekend so communication was far more than expected and greatly appreciated.
The place was nice, semi-private, and one feature was not available but it did not detract from our stay. It has a great view, is relaxing and hope to return in the future.
Wonderful house on beautiful overlook of Willamette River. I strongly contest the prior review - yes the house is not "brand" new - but it is very clean and comfortable. As for you being yelled at for making noise after 10pm and having more people than the house rules clearly defined - well.... you're an idiot. House has very nice towels and sheets, firm beds, well stocked kitchen and very communicative property manager. We had a great stay and would come back without any hesitation ! Thank you Shay for all your help! We had a fantastic stay !
This house has a great view and nice area to lounge outside. The fire pit was not working so we missed out on a warm fire during the cold evening. Overall house was clean and well stocked. The house furniture and outdoor furniture are comfy. Master bedroom has an extra vanity area separate from the bathroom which was very convenient. Home is older but roomy so everyone can have their own space. Kitchen is well stocked but could use a griddle for pancakes ;-). Beds were comfortable and the set up of the bedrooms is nice and separated. I would definitely stay again.
I can’t say enough good about this property and the host’s responsiveness. Shay was always “minutes away” at most. She set proper expectations for some construction that was underway. The fire pit was simply amazing - remote controlled and delightful.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed - someone left ice in the freezer which was an added extra.
The rooms, beds, sheets were all pristine. The property is older but very quaint and comfortable. The overlook to the river is nice though we didn’t really take advantage of it. And proximity to local eats and bars was perfect. I’m hoping to stay here again when we visit our Clackamas student.
Five stars….without reservation.
The home and location were as described, but upon check in further rules/restrictions were implemented.
You can only have 4 people in the hot tub and even though there is clearly more capacity and they have a camera watching. There is no outdoor privacy and the neighbors were rude yelling at you for being outside after 10pm on the weekend. The home is listed as pet friendly and there is extensive pet damage in the home, yet there is an additional fine if you get any pet hair on the furniture.
If you are only looking for a place to sleep this home is great. If you are looking for a fun place to hang out with your pets/family and friends, there are a ton of unforseen restrictions and cameras.
I’m a local host who truly loves creating beautiful, comfortable spaces for people to relax and recharge. I’m very detail-oriented and take a lot of pride in making sure the home feels clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for each guest. Hosting allows me to share one of my favorite parts of Oregon with visitors, whether they’re here to explore, work remotely, or simply unwind.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of peace and proximity. Being right along the Willamette River creates a calm, restorative atmosphere, while still being close enough to restaurants, wineries, trails, and everything the surrounding area has to offer. It’s one of those rare spots where you can wake up to river views, enjoy quiet evenings, and still be just a short drive from town. It truly captures the beauty of Oregon.
What makes this property unique
The hot tub overlooking the Willamette River is the heart of this property. There’s nothing quite like soaking in warm water while watching the river flow by — especially at sunset. The setting creates a private, peaceful retreat that feels miles away from everything, even though you’re still conveniently located. It’s the kind of place where guests naturally slow down, breathe deeper, and fully relax.
