A few steps to the beach, but the balcony and open doors was amazing! Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, so nice to have locked parking garage and locked complex. Huge big screen tvs. Could use more comfy cushions on seating

This apartment was clean and just like we saw in the listing. The beach is SO close and everything we wanted to do was convenient and easy to get to. The owner was easy to work with. Bring your own toiletries.

Luquillo apartment

The apartment is in a great position for the beach and shops . It was very clean and well equipped and laid out. Jesus was very helpful when the whole island was affected by an electrical outage. Plenty of interesting areas and places to visit. Everyone was very friendly and helpful .

Three week stay

Cute apartment. We loved how the shutters opened up the outdoors to the indoors. We spent most of our time on the patio. Easy walk to the beach. There was a big mix of vacationers, which we liked. Neighborhood bar/sandwich shop on the corner. Apartment was sparkling clean, but wish the bathtub would get refinished.

We love our stay. The proximity to the beach is the biggest selling point. There are so many great beaches near by. We enjoyed our stay at this location. There plenty of space for two people. The lock boxs needs to be re numbered. The lock box for this location had the “A”. The “2” was missing. I recommend updating the doors with keyless entry. The keys are a hassle. There’s a laundry a block away. There’s a gym closer than the laundry. I wish I knew about the gym above the market across from the deli before paying for another gym. I don’t know the name of the gym above the market. It is across from the corner bar/ restaurant. I highly recommend this location.
