We also provide a customized Welcome Guide to help you with your travels by developing local partnerships to benefit our guests. Transportation, Tours, and much more… will allow you to focus on relaxing.

The building complex provides a 24-hour, seven-days-a-week guarded entrance for the Condo complex. In addition, the building also provides a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week reception area at the lobby to safeguard the safety of the owners and guests and a parking area.

This location is 30 to 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport (SJU) and Old San Juan. Quick ride to El Yunque Rainforest and a public Luquillo alongside kioskos de Luquillo a mile away to the west and towards the east end is a surfing beach within walking distance.

The building complex also provides two pools and basketball courts for recreation. Join the activities of the common area, two Pools, Basketball, Pickleball, Tennis, and Paddleball Courts.


For your further enjoyment, there are three four-star hotels nearby. The Rio Mar, the Conquistador, and the Gran Melea at Coco Beach all have championship golf courses, excellent restaurants, and casinos.

We had a great 4-day stay at this Vrbo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming and well-maintained. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again.

Beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything you would need. The view is spectacular, the hosts were very responsive We plan on staying there again! The location was perfect-grocery, pharmacy, gas nearby. Ten minute drive and you are at a shopping center with Walmart and other grocery stores. Airport and Old San Juan are an easy drive away.

I loved my stay. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. The view from the room was spectacular. I loved sitting on the porch and watching the waves crash. The condo had everything I could need. George was very responsive and even fixed a minor repair immediately.

We'd Stay If We Could!

My wife and I were on our Babymoon, and couldn't have found a better place to stay! Our host George checked in with us everyday to make sure our accommodations were great. The apartment was in a complex with private beach entrance 2 minutes walk out the door! We will miss waking up to the view of the beach on the 17th floor and the sounds of the waves breaking. Definitely a memorable experience and was too short of a stay!

Beautiful condo and fantastic location

The condo was impeccably clean, and just as lovely as the pictures. AC worked beautifully in both living room and bedroom. View was spectacular! Condo has everything you need for the beach and it was great to just walk out and swim Right There. Washer/dryer combo was handy for getting swimwear and sweaty clothes clean (there were heat advisories the whole time we were there). Great communication and instructions too. Highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful oceanfront property!

The place was just as described, very clean, with beautiful views! Walk out the back door of the building and you are at the beach! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated! Several good restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood surrounding the condo was a little run down but we did not feel unsafe. There is a good deal of security to get in the building. The one minor issue we had was the lack of any option for live tv unless you have your own streaming service (and YouTube TV apparently does not work in PR). But overall a fabulous stay!

Great property, great location!!!

What a fantastic property! This is our first trip to Puerto Rico, and we weren’t sure where to stay. We decided on Luqillo for its proximity to the rainforest and other must-see activities. This apartment was the perfect location to get to everything! The beach right next to the building is beautiful and great for swimming, and the apartment itself is perfectly suited for an incredible stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment had all the appliances and accoutrements we could need. Best of all, George the owner was very quick to respond to all of our questions. Definitely recommend this property to anyone who wants a home away from home.

Hands-down the best unit in Luquillo! We have stayed in Luquillo (specifically Playa Azul) in the past, but this unit made this visit the best we've ever had. Everything was very comfortable. We loved the thoughtful, muted tones of the decor that really let that incredible view shine!If you are not familiar with the area, you should know that (in my opinion) Tower I is the tower with the preferred view. We loved the location—you have the beach at your back door and the rainforest at your front. We've never felt anything but safe in Luquillo; it feels more authentic and residential than a place like San Juan.It seems every need was considered in this condo, from beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler, to thoughtful bathroom amenities (nice big soft towels, fog-free mirror!, hair dryer, etc.). Additionally, everything we could have required for cooking was provided (including many varieties of seasonings, cooking spray, and sugar). Although, with so many amazing restaurants nearby, we never cooked anything more than bagels for breakfast! (Our faves—Pasta y Pueblo, Boardriders, Capital Burger, Pizzella, and you must try some street food from the Luquillo Kioskos—empanadas and pinchos! Yum! And all within walking distance.)We never needed to ask anything of George because every need was already taken care of, but we felt they were readily available if we had required something. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful condo! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

This property was exactly what we were looking for with our Puerto Rico vacation. The condo is exactly as described with clean, modern decor, attentive owners, steps from the beach, and plenty of parking. And there are very good beach accessories available for a day at the beach. The beach view is spectacular and it is wonderful to hear the sound of the surf from the bedroom window. We had a great time here and will return. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

During the winter months, this is a very friendly, active community. We have made many friends and feel safe and welcome. The Puerto Rican people are warm and friendly, and there are people from all over the US that has been coming here for many years. Puerto Rico is a Caribbean Community with American influences that make it comfortable and interesting. There is a community here that is very culturally aware. They are actively involved in music and art. There are Museums, Shows, Festivals, and all manner of events. --no need ever to be bored... --happy vacationing...

There is a very active music and art community for us and many attractions like sailing, swimming, water sports of every kind, pony and horseback riding, etc. There is something here for everyone.
