Welcome to our beautiful 3-story Pass-a-Grille home, located just steps away from the stunning white sandy beaches and local restaurants. This charming home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for the whole family.
The main entrance of the home features glass french doors that open to your downstairs foyer. You can head directly out back to relax by the pool or head upstairs to the rest of the home! It also offers an equipped kitchen, beach essentials, & high speed WiFi!!
As you enter the home on the ground floor into a foyer entryway which leads to the stairs, taking you up to the main living space on the second story. The ground floor provides convenient access to the pool and patio areas.
The main living space on the second story is bright and spacious, with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room is comfortably furnished with lots of seating and a large flat-screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three. The adjacent dining area features a large table that seats six.
The second story features two bedrooms each with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
The third story features a master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, and a balcony that offers stunning views of the pool and the surrounding area.
