Family Vacation

Christian's property worked well for our family of adults with its multiple room layout and close proximity to the airport, shopping, restaurants and the beach. Chrisitan was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to our inquiries. We have already planned a return visit to Christian's property.

Florida Getaway

Nice house that is steps from the beach. Worked well for our family. Bunk beds that are listed are in a closet. There are lots of light switches in the house and only a few are labeled, so it takes time to figure out what switch goes with what light, fan, etc. No dishwasher soap and not much toilet paper provided.Overall, it was a good place and location was great!

Wonderful week

The first 2 days were rain and we had plenty of room in the house to play cards and have fun indoors. Then the sun came out and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and sunsets at night on the balconies. Along with morning and afternoon walks on the beach. It was a beautiful trip. Lastly, host responded quickly with any question. Great experience.

Fun in the Sun!

Steps to the beach. ❤️ House well stocked with beach gear, but could use a bit more kitchen equipment for those of us who love to cook. Hot tub in listing, but gone from property. Sleeps 14, but configured differently from listing-daybed is gone from Master Suite, replaced with sleeper sofa in living area. Property manager responsive and helpful.

Listing was not accurate

The listing was not very accurate. When you look at the main description, it does say 4 bedrooms. However, when you look at the detail and the pictures, it indicates 5 bedrooms, in fact shows beds in 5 different rooms. Well, one bedroom is a closet --with bunk beds. You have to have a waist smaller than 18 inches to get into the room. I am fairly sure that legally the state of FL would not recognize that as a legal bedroom--there is no window or egress to evacuate. It shows a bedroom with 2 double beds, and that does not exist in the house. There is another "bedroom" , but it is a top floor room, three sided windows, no closet and a singly bed with a trundle. Not at all what the description shows. Also the main televsion sound did not work. It took 5 days for them to fix the issue. Communication was spotty, and it took multiple requests to get a response.This is a place that the details do not match the result...beware.
