The Apartment has:
- Spacious LIVING-DINING ROOM, with a large dining table, a very comfortable sofa for 4 people, a 55' SMART TV with FLOW + Netflix, a large mirror and access to the balcony.
- Very bright independent KITCHEN, with 4 burners and a gas oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full set of dishes and all the necessary kitchen utensils.
- MAIN BEDROOM: double bed and access to the balcony, air conditioning, 49 LED TV, closet.
- BEDROOM 2: two single beds, 40' LED TV and large window, with closet.
- Main BATHROOM: with bathtub, bidet, window

It can accommodate up to 5 people. (5th person sleeps on the sofa or inflatable mattress). There is practice for babies.

Secure apt. in old building with excellent location. Comfortable for family of four. A great way to feel local vs staying in a generic hotel.

The apartment is perfect for families with 2 room and enough space for 4/5 person. Event the bulging is not new, it’s been remodeled and entrance looks not old. Location, Location, Location

This is older building but clean and nice inside. Has all facilities required, is well maintained. Best part is the location in Palmero district. Zoo, Parks, Museums all withing easy walking distance. Manager was big help to us in getting inside and arranging ride to airport. Its price is affordable. Great value.

Comfortable and easy

One of the issues of international travel is feeling comfortable with the language differences. Andres was very helpful to us in several ways, making us feel welcome and responding to all our needs. The apartment was well-situated, clean and as described. The elevator is very small and it took several trips for us to get our luggage up to the 6th floor!
