The Waterfront White House

Our three-bedroom two-bathroom home is nestled on a canal leading to the Charlotte Harbor, is one you won’t want to miss. Newly renovated, with room to stretch out in, plenty of parking, the place is just as cozy as it looks. The boat dock has a underwater fish light that brings in everything from snook, to redfish, to tarpon, and the boat ramp is only 12 minutes away. Shopping around the corner, providing everything you’d ever want or need. Come enjoy waterfront southern living at its finest.

The house is an open concept ranch style home with three bedrooms on a canal. The home has a dock, outdoor lanai area, and plenty of room for parking. The space is kid friendly, and the perfect place for adults or families.

If fishing off the dock, please be mindful that there are two underwater lights in canal on the bottom on the left front of dock 5-10' out.

We had a great stay! Other than a few cleaning issues which were taken care of (no fault of the owner) everything was great! Travis the homeowner was one of the BEST I have ever worked with! I would stay here again just because of him alone!

Perfect getaway spot!

Cozy house on the water with a wonderful deck equipped with great lighting. And the kayaks were an added plus - we spent much of our time exploring the nearby canals (and catching fish along the way). Easy check-in and out process, and the host is incredibly responsive.

Great stay and excellent host communication.The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly, especially regarding the dock, boat size, and waterway access. The dock was more than adequate for my 20’ Key West, which made bringing our boat easy and stress-free. Plenty of parking for two vehicles and a boat trailer. The house has a great layout, with a large kitchen table that was perfect for playing cards and board games in the evenings. The back patio was comfortable and a great place to relax and grill. It was well equipped with lighting, a fan, a Blackstone, a charcoal grill, and a nice table and bar area. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and a place I’d happily return to.

This house will fulfill all your needs! Such a clean and cozy atmosphere. Plus, it’s on the water! How can you beat that! The check in / check out process was super simple and the host made it extremely easy. Additionally, the host were super responsive and answered any questions I had within minutes.

My wife and I have three daughters all under the age of 10. We purchased this house in light of doing what we love to do together the most, fish! We love the ocean and the outdoors and so do our girls. This quiet canal connects us directly to the Gulf of Mexico where we love catching grouper, snapper, black fin tuna, mahi mahi, and wahoo. We love the neighborhood and the beautiful area of Port Charlotte!

This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping restaurants, and beach access close by. Having access to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico made this house a great place to vacation as a family. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
