The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please bag up garbage using the black garbage bags that are provided and put it in the bin up on the parking pad. The garbage collection will not take the small white bags or unbagged items.
Place used sheets in the washing machine for the cleaning staff.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are on a septic system, so please ensure only septic-safe waste and septic grade toilet paper go down the drains.
The washer and dryer are for the cleaning staff. We're on a well and sometimes wells do run dry, so this is to ensure that guests always have enough.
Please bag up garbage using the black bags that are provided and put it in the bin on the parking pad. White bags and loose items will not be taken.

We really enjoyed our stay @ The Nest. It is a very cute cottage, well appointed and very clean inside. The outdoor space was a little overgrown and needed some attention but overall a good find. We would recommend the property but you should know the photos of the waterside are not from the property. A close drive to Port Rexton Brewery and Trinity. We also recommend the Skerwink Trail hike.

Such a cozy space nestled within a garden oasis just steps away from the shore and beautiful scenery in all directions. We loved the little decorative touches around the house. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into making this space perfect for guests. It was easy to reach Bonavista from here as well as Trinity. Be sure to see the puffins at Elliston and check out the Skerwink Trail for some amazing views.

Short Stay was Wonderful

This property is a gorgeous hideaway in a very unique location, just across from the inlet. Spacious for the two of us, with modern amenities and very clean. Staying here was a delight!

The cottage was really cute and comfortable. Looked freshly decorated and clean. It even had tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, oil and spices so we didn't have to load up on that. The location is absolutely charming.

The Nest is a fully-equipped beautiful cottage in a very quiet area not far from the main road. The interior of the cottage is very cosy and there is a large private deck over-looking the yard.

Adorable cottage. This was our central base for a few days while we toured and hiked in the beautiful area. Everything plus extras that we required was available in this cottage. Highly recommended.

Very clean, cozy and well appointed space in a beautiful village. The cottage is pretty much what was advertised although it is behind several houses and is not really ocean view but you can get peekaboo views of the ocean from the deck. It was a bit difficult getting in touch with Chris although he did touch base with us quickly when we had a couple of questions when we checked in. I would suggest saving the wifi username and password on your phone before you go. It is not posted in the suite and there is very poor reception in the area, I had to drive around looking for a signal to get the info off the vrbo site. Otherwise we had a great stay.

Cozy Nest

We had a very nice stay at the Nest. It is in a very quiet location close to some very good hiking trails. The picturesque town of Trinity is close. It has a nice restaurant and good ice cream shop.

Cute cottage near Port Rexton

Lovely property- top notch. Comfy sofa and top of the line bed linens. Amenities galore/ loads of towels,dishes, TV with netflix and huge deck. 5 minutes from Port Rexton by car- and very private. We loves it

Lovely cottage/beautiful view

Out of better homes and gardens this lovely little cottage, tastefully decorate in island colours is the perfect oasis after travelling or anytime. Lots to do in the are with quick trips to Trinity and Bonavista. Just loved it!

Very clean cottage. Well equipped. Small problem on check in as no instructions were sent . Cottage was unlocked but could have been issue as the door code was not sent. Some sort of download problem on the site so had to contact host directly for info. Raised driveway with stairs down to cottage could present a problem for someone with mobility issues.

Cozy little gem

Four of us stayed at this cozy beautiful cottage and we were all really impressed with the all the amenities that came with our stay. The Nest was beautifully decorated, fresh and we needed nothing except food. Definitely a 5 star stay here!!! 👍👍👍
