Review
The property is conveinient and overall the stay was cozy. This is a 3 bedroom home with 2 bedrooms (with beds) and an office serving little purpose (read carefully.) The couches are small making it less than ideal as a place to sleep for an adult. The house was clean with the exception of the floors which had a lot of small debris requiring guests to wear slippers/shoes. This is a pet friendly home, which was evident by a distinct animal smell in the hall/livingroom. Communication and check-in was fantastic. With a few minor changes, I would give the rating an extra star.

Thank you for the feedback. I do wish you had reached out about these issues during your stay instead of waiting to leave a negative review, as I would have been able to resolve them for you, as it is my goal to provide a 5 star experience to every guest, and as you noted, I am very proactive and communicative and ready to address any need you may have during your stay.
The third bedroom is arranged as an office by default to accommodate smaller groups, with a foldout bed and air mattress, as shown in the pictures. The living room also has an additional couch that converts into a bed. It appears from your review that you were not able to convert any of the foldout couches according to the instructions I left -- I will look into labeling these more noticeably.
Also, keep in mind that pets are not allowed at the property. As far as cleanliness is concerned, the property did not appear noticeably dirty while I was preparing it for my next guests after you, but I will definitely take your feedback into consideration and see if I can improve the process going forward for future guests.
