Located on a smaller bay of Georgian Bay, this cottage is minutes from Penetanguishene and Midland with plenty of shopping and dining options, and 1 1/2 hours from Toronto. The stunning sandy beaches of Tiny Township and Wasaga Beach are within 30 minutes distance, Golf Courses and Marinas are in the neighbourhood.

PROPERTY
FOREVER MEMORIES features a large level lot with nicely maintained grass and beautiful landscaping. The large deck with outdoor seating and dining offers views on the Bay and the town of Penetanguishene on the other side of the Bay. Water toys are sitting ready to go on the sandy beach at the shallow entry to the lake, swimming is ideal from the end of the dock for more water depths. There is an outdoor seating area with comfortable furniture and a fire-pit with Muskoka chairs close to the water, and two play structures for the kids next to the beach.
