Great location and house in Denver

This house is incredible for a large group, there’s ton of space and the theater downstairs is perfect for watching sports/movies. Check-in/communication is quick and easy!

Could have been better

The house was beautiful and large enough to house our entire group. However, I booked this property specifically for the elevator as I had a disabled person in our group. This trip was intended to gather our family to celebrate that person and have them enjoy the family interaction at every level of the house. Arranged knowing, as their health is declining, this will be the last travel opportunity. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order and they had to sleep in a chair on the main floor and we were only able to get them to the shower once. Beyond disappointing. In addition, some of the showers were broken and we took turns using the master shower. We also needed to purchase staples for the week (e.g. toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and etc.) because there was either not enough for the stay or wasn't there at all. A refund or compensation for these issues would be appreciated.

Great house and location

Traveled with 7 work colleagues to attend a conference in Downtown Denver. This house is very large and easily accommodated our group, each with our own bedroom and bathroom. There are large areas to hang out together, and plenty of room to spread out if privacy is needed. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff Retreat

Our small company stayed at this lovely location for a staff retreat. We enjoyed the location and 7 of us were able to sleep comfortably in individual rooms. While we were assured the wifi would work well, unfortunately it did not. The technology is a bit outdated, including the speakers on the first floor. Although there were some quirks, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the communication with the host.

Wonderful Experience

We had a great time at this property. The house is amazing, and the hosts were extremely accommodating. For a large group it was great to have common spaces for socializing and cooking, but also enough privacy during quiet times.
