Experience the ultimate Denver getaway at these 2 exquisite homes next to each other! Each home offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, private entrances and over 2,300 sq ft of open living space per suite. Enjoy distant mountain views from the secondary bedrooms and lush backyards with patios. Located in the desirable NW Denver, you'll have easy access to Tennyson St and downtown, as well as Golden, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy the perfect blend of style, comfort and convenience!

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.


Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.

Great House!

Our group was in town for an athletic event, and the house was spacious, There was enough room to relax, play games, and the ability/area to serve meals for our group was large enough. A quiet neighborhood, it was a bright comfortable house.

Stayed at two vrbos next to each other. Had a little confusion as to which was nits where ours. Once it was straightened out the stay was great.

An Expensive Disappointment

Positive: We had a large group and everybody fit. Negative: Poor communication, service & safety Issues After arriving to the property with incorrect entry codes, we were told to navigate entry through the garage keypad. We found insufficient towels for the approved number of guests as well as pullout couches without bedding. There wasn’t enough toilet paper and paper towels for a property of this size. Generally all minor issues that we would have overlooked or worked through. However, the window wells in the yard had no covers and were 4-5 feet deep. With 3 children under 3, this is an unacceptable risk. Upon noticing the issues, I placed a call to AirSimplicity who acknowledged the issue and confirmed it would be resolved. Hours later, there was no follow-up or resolution. Several additional calls to AirSimplicity and VRBO resulted in acknowledgement of the issue, but no resolution. Eventually, AirSimplicity called to confirm they would not be fixing the issue and didn’t see it as a problem. VRBO agreed. We were not compensated even though we were not able to safely use the outdoor space at the property. What could have been an easy temporary fix (e.g., a piece of plywood), resulted in a stressful stay at a very expensive property. Paid thousands for an unsafe rental.

Had an amazing time at the property. The manager was super communicative. The was a snowstorm on my way in and they were super chill about my group needing to get in earlier than originally planned

Clean and spacious!

Master bedroom was huge. Lots of well appointed sleeping space. Kitchen was well-stocked. A/C stopped working and they had someone out same day to fix it. Ran out of dishwashing soap and there was more delivered next morning. Neighborhood was on the edge of a rough part of town, but if you stayed near the college campus, it felt safe.

denver townhouses

great houses, next to each other. well set up for groups/families to enjoy time together. convenient to get around. One had great outside furniture and games, other house outdoor furniture was so small as to be unusable. service needs upgrade. key pad stopped working the day of checkin, never fixed. no morning coffee bc carafe was cracked on arrival and never replaced. No towels, had to find in dryer and fold/distribute.
