About this property

Fabulous Cisco property featuring a custom pool, spa and koi pond. Wonderful views of Hummock Pond, Sanford Farm and the Ocean. Beautiful sunsets! Cisco beach is an easy 4/10th of a mile bike ride or stroll away and Bartlett's Farm, 167 Raw Fish Market and Cisco Brewery are within a mile.

The Hummock Pond Rd Bike Path is completed to town.

1st Floor: Two story entry featuring decoratively painted wide pine floors has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A sitting area opens onto a covered porch that over looks the scenic pool/spa area. There is a separate mudroom/laundry room.
A queen bedroom and twin(2) bedroom share a decoratively painted bathroom that has a claw foot tub and separate shower. Another queen bedroom has an ensuite bath (tub/shower).

2nd Floor: Large sun filled open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings that opens onto a second floor deck with views of Hummock Pond and Sanford Farm. The bright sun room has ocean view with table seating.
There is a well equipped gourmet kitchen. A den is off the kitchen and has access to a front deck with glorious ocean views. An office with built in cabinets and desk area has a powder room off of it.
The master suite features a king bed, 2 walk in closets with bureaus, sitting area and private balcony. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower with double shower heads as well as double vanities.

The house has Central AC and Ceiling Fans in the bedrooms. Water filtration system.
Large outdoor shower.
Large 2 car garage.

Other Structures: Pool House has a seating area with a ceiling fan, bathroom and kitchenette with an ice maker, under the counter refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave . No sleeping area.

Great location, pleasant stay

It is a fantastic location and we enjoyed the stay. The house is a bit tired and worn but was perfect for our family and we would return.

Secluded, private, but close to beach and town

This property is absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We love to cook and found everything we need, including a top-notch Viking stove, flat-top, and all the equipment needed. We really enjoyed cooking as a family, and doing take-out from local restaurants on nights where we wanted to hole up. The location is secluded and *incredibly* private, but seconds from the bike path across the street and a few minutes on bike to the beach. The onsite pool and hot-tub were wonderful to sit, relax, read, and when we had to do work meetings, the wifi in the house was high speed and rock solid. Range on wifi doesn't quite reach to the pool, which is a good forcing function to do work inside and relax outside. What makes this house great is the number of discrete spaces - there's plenty of room to be together or to be apart. Jim was fantastic and in touch anytime we needed. We will be back again soon to recharge!

AMAZING HOUSE

We had a wonderful time in Nantucket staying out at Cisco in this great house. The owner was a phone call away and on island if we had needed anything but the house had everything we needed and more. Location is amazing just a short walk to Cisco. Upside down house with the prettiest views. Perfe t family spot !

Love this house -- the pool is amazing, great location, very relaxing

The house is in a great location, convenient to Bartlett's farm, Cisco brewery, bike path and beach! This was our first time going through VRBO for a rental in ACK, we were quite simply, blown away by the well-appointed and amazingly clean home.There was nothing left for us to do but hit the market and relax and enjoy ourselves. The bonus is the lovely pool, and the attention to details -- from the comfy beds and towels to the kitchen appliances and supplies. We hope to return for another wonderful vacation!

Great location, great pool

House was great. Although the house was a tad on the older side, it was in good condition, in a great location and was really well equipped. Water views of Cisco from the front deck and views of Hummock Pond from the back deck. Pool was great. Koi pond was an added feature. Owner was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the grill and refilled it in less than 30 minutes.
