Welcome to our wonderful North Truro condo, full of fresh air!
*****Spacious studio condo. Quiet location at end of the building with a peek of Cape Cod bay! Front yard has a large fenced swimming pool and sundeck. The grassy yard also includes a picnic area with barbecue grills. Dine or just relax on your private balcony overlooking the backyard and Cape Cod Bay. Cool ocean breezes at your sliding door .Mini-split air conditioner heat pump. Two queen-size beds! Full bath with tub/shower combination.

Stay in beautiful serene North Truro and visit lively Provincetown by taking the shuttle bus from the front yard! Find fabulous fishing, boating, and swimming in the ocean or the bay - Truro has some of the best public beaches in the country! Under a mile to the closest beach. Hiking and biking trails, art galleries, coffee shops, shopping, night clubs, golf and historic museums all just a few miles away in Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown. This was a clean, comfortable unit that was close to US-6. It was in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of larger towns on the Cape. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect, especially with the shuttle to Ptown right out front. The room was definitely spacious enough for 4 people and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool a lot. Everything was clean, easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend it!

The unit we rented was clean and bigger than the photos made it look. Communication with our host was easy. The location allowed for a variety of activities around the Cape. We had a lovely stay and would rent this unit again.

This studio apartment was great! The back porch and pool on the grounds was a plus.Checkin was simple.It’s a short drive to Ptown and there’s a also a bus stop nearby.

Perfect Cape Cod Getaway!

The property was great. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Loved the deck for early morning tea. Close to the beach and just 10 min to P-Town. Barbara was super responsive and helped when we had questions. We would stay here again, for sure.

Unreal Stay in North Truro

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The place was exactly what we were looking for. It is located on the corner with plenty of space inside. The private deck was definitely the highlight of our stay! Although we didn’t luck out with the sunniest of weather, we were able to use the pool and take the shuttle (which stops right out front of the condo) into P-Town. Barbara was an amazing host, assisting us with any questions throughout our stay!

1st time to Provincetown

Property was exactly as pictured on the website!! Very clean and well maintained. We got groceries on the way in to town and stored them in the kitchen. We made use of the deck out back, playing Yahtzee and enjoying the weather and the view. We can't wait to come back to North Truro amd visit Ptown again.

Awesome Spot!!

Everything was great about it, starting with Barbara! She was on point with preparing the place for us and helping with a smooth vacation. It was super clean. The balcony was awesome for meals and sunsets. The kitchen was stocked with, plates, cups, pots etc. AC worked great and ceiling fan. Pool super clean. Close to beaches and Ptown! Everyone was so nice. There's a chair lift for the second floor if you need it! Large parking lots. We loved it and hope to go back again!

Excellent, Well Thought Out Studio Lodging

My wife and I (both 77) stayed for a week in mid-September 2021. This studio apartment is excellent. The owner has thought of everything visitors might need — from beach chairs, kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, comfortable couch and two queen beds, and deck for morning coffee. Very close to Truro town beaches, National Park, and Provincetown. Do not miss sunset on Corn Hill Beach.

Time in New England took me away

We loved our pied-a-terre at the Braemar, it was cute and just enough for two people. Bath and kitchen were clean as were the sheets. No drawbacks worth mentioning. If you’re going to be all over the Outer cape, this is the place to rest your head at night.

Wonderful getaway

This was a great time for the family. Easy accessibility to Provincetown and the National park beaches. Makes for a quiet and serene vacation. Room was spacious and well kept.
