2nd Floor Deluxe Efficiency- Sleep Max. 4 If more people show up at check-in time, the reservation will be denied.
Relax on your private deck overlooking the beautiful Cape Cod bay with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Full kitchen stocked with all you need to enjoy that home cooked meal or enjoy one of many of our local eating establishments. The Braemar Condominiums is a No Pets Allowed community. A short trip to P'town, Bay and Ocean beaches or the National seashore, This unit has it all, 2 Queen beds, dining area, living area, full bath with shower and tub, Smart TV and A/C. Fresh towels are provided, please bring beach and pool towels. Guests are permitted 1 vehicle per unit.  Additional vehicle is $10.00 per day.

Convenient and delightful studio condo

The studio condo was bright and airy and has a large covered porch with furniture. The beds and furnishings are very comfortable. Location is superb. Close drives to both ocean and bay beaches and there is a convenient shuttle into Provincetown.

We stayed here for three days, Denise was very accommodating and looked after all our requests regarding check in. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and all was good working order. The pool was clean and the grounds were very nice. Overall a great place and in a quiet area but yet close to Provincetown and many beaches.

Centrally Located (north)

It was excellent! We were visiting my daughter’s friend who is a lifeguard on the National Seashore. Since she was very far north for that, but lived in Wellfleet, Truro was the perfect spot. Just off of 6, this old school hotel is fully updated with modern amenities. We got in very, very late. We had to drive from Boston after our flight so we didn’t arrive until 1 or 2. The owner made sure we were able to check in at that time. This is not like a hotel with an all night front desk, but we got the same kind of service. They were also very attentive when our AC wasn’t working. We went for a long day at the beach and came back to a perfectly chilled apartment. The space itself had everything we needed. It was pretty and highly functional. With three women staying you can imagine the make-up and hair products. But there were six baskets on a shelf just outside the bathroom. All we had to do was fill our baskets on day one and take them with us into the restroom for showering. With two mirrors in the main living space and ample light, we carried our baskets out to one of the mirrors while someone else took a shower. It worked out perfectly! I loved the balcony and even sat out there one day to do my make-up. If you look real hard you’ll even see the water from out there. My daughter used the pool and enjoyed that. We made use of all the appliances mostly for coffee and tea and some snacks. Overall, highly recommend!!

Nice Space for Reasonable Price

Beautiful and quiet location close to all attractions and P-Town! The tub was a little dirty, but otherwise everything was comfortable and clean! Check-in and check-out was super simple, no complications. Came here to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday and she loved it! We didn’t use the pool but it was open and looked clean. Definitely recommend staying here!
