The architect-designed 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house is tucked away on 6 acres of secluded grassy meadows and red cedar woods.

You can take a short walk to Katama Bay to swim, kayak, barbeque, relax on the beach. Or you can take a drive out to "The Gut" for breathtaking pristine vistas.
If you feel like a little more hustle & bustle, catch a ride on the 59 sec (even faster with the right tide) Chappy Ferry to Edgartown for ice cream, dining and shopping.

The Home
The open floor plan makes entertaining easy and if you love to cook, the gourmet kitchen has everything you need...just bring your groceries. The entertainment room on the lower level will keep you busy on a rainy day.

The Main Floor
The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and original "old barn" wooden beams creates an open and airy feel with lots of natural light. The large beach stone fireplace separates the living and dining rooms. Two hallways connect three bedrooms all with vaulted ceilings and private bathrooms. The Master Bedroom is at the south-west end of the house with an en-suite bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen is a cook's delight with lots of kitchen gadgets including coffee options - Nespresso Original & Vertuo, Kuerig and Krups Drip/Grinder.
The office, adjacent to the dining room, has a wi-fi printer should you need to work while on Chappy.
The sunroom, accessible from the kitchen porch, has two beach bikes and 4 beach chairs which guests are welcome to use. Please note *BIKING WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK*.

The Outdoor Deck & Porch
French doors off the living room lead to a large deck with outside dining, chaises, an outdoor shower and a hot tub.
If you want a "boma" experience (home version of a safari boma) walk over to the back yard "boma" and relax around the fire.

The kitchen porch is 'grill heaven" with your choice of a Blackstone griddle, a Primo smoker and a Weber gas grill.


The Lower Level.
There are two bedrooms, a spacious open den with 2 daybeds (twin size) and a large new bathroom on the LL.
The Family Entertainment /TV Theater/ Play Room (the surround sound is awesome) with a billiards table, ping pong, foosball, chess board, dart board and a cupboard full of games, is also downstairs.

Whether it's a romantic retreat for two or a family stay for twelve, just pack your bags and come to the Vineyard. You'll love it here and hopefully you will be "Chappified" by the end of your stay.
