We will strive to provide the best customer service and improve as we go with feedback from our guests. We hope to earn your five-star review! Your expectations should be limited to what is promised here, and reviews should reflect how we did with these promises. Before submitting your review, please remember to base it on the following criteria and what was promised to be provided for the price paid as follows:
Easy check-in process – You'll be able to self-check in. Kelli will give you check-in details prior to arrival, including a lock box code. You'll be able to access the rental at your leisure after check-in time, at 4pm. We offer early check-in options, if it's available a couple days prior to your arrival for $25-$50, depending on your arrival time.
Great Communication – Kelli is known to be responsive to guests before, during, and after their stay. You can expect prompt responses to your questions. She'll respond to web site messages as soon as she can.
Clean Accommodations – Your private apartment should be sparkling clean.
Great Auke Bay Location – It's a block from the city bus stop and in the heart of Auke Bay walking community. This is not a downtown Juneau property. Downtown Juneau is substantially more expensive than the Mendenhall Valley/Auke Bay, so this location for the price should not be compared to that of downtown. If you want to be downtown, and don't want to take a 45 minute bus ride to go 15 miles, then this space is not for you.
Accurate Description of the space - I try to make continuous improvements when guests make suggestions and do my best to keep the changes updated and published. If I missed something please let me know, so I can update the information. If you are missing something you were counting on, please let me know immediately, so I can try to provide it for your stay.
Great Value – Juneau is expensive, especially during peak season, and while this is a more affordable option, we understand that it can seem expensive. Part of the value is the ability to rent for only one night and have additional people. The price fluctuates depending on the season. We have to charge more when the business is there, so that we can afford to have it vacant for long, slow periods.
Have a fantastic trip!

Thanks Mitchell! I'm glad you like our location and we hope to see you back!
The location was great right on Auke Bay and walkable to several spots, with downtown just about 15-20 minutes away. Communication was consistent and apartment was just what we needed for the week.
This is a neat clean unit. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Juneau and cruise ship crowds. We enjoyed walking n the docks.

Very well kept very clean. The views are amazing watching the boats come in and out of the harbor was just relaxing. He had mountains behind the water. The sunset was just outstanding. Property management was very easy to deal with. Makes it easy as possible for you to sign in And to leave.

I liked being in the Auke Bay marina. Great busy Marina with a lot to watch from balcony. The negative is the same. Busy, loud. Right by the garbage dumpers being opened and closed at all hours of the day.I would stay again.
Beautiful location. Juneau is a great place to be stranded. We caught lots of Salmon from shore, and Flounder, Sole, and Pacific cod from the dock. We released all the salmon and had several meals of the flounder and sole. The hiking trails were also great. We will be back!
Prior to arrival we knew it wasn’t a new remodeled place but we rented it because of the location and it was as described and we enjoyed or stay. Comfortable beds and all kitchen utensils available. Responsive owners.
It’s just a few blocks from the University of Alaska Southeast, which is worth touring. There’s even a bus that will take you downtown with a stop a few hundred feet away. Be aware that it’s on the third floor. So you have to haul your stuff up stairs. The overlooks Aike Bay harbor.
Stayed here for my daughter while she investigated UA. All in all this is a good property but not great. Odd smell and horrible stairs. Not suitable for anyone with any kind of walking problem.
