❤️ Efficient heating system and and "Evaporative Cooling System" - An Evaporative Cooler lowers the air temperature by passing outdoor air over water soaked pads and then pulling the cooled evaporated air into the home. Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Annual Fruita MTB Trip

Disappointing. The house smelled of cigarette smoke. The house is old and only partially remodeled. The house is pet friendly and has pet hair everywhere. The neighborhood is less than desirable. On a positive note, Aly with Visit Fruita .com was quick to get us another rental.

Very comfortable stay

Our family of 7 adults had a very comfortable stay. Plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was good size and had all we needed for meal prep. Nice outdoor area too!

Why they chose this property

We like the location because of the upscale, quiet neighborhood and great private backyard. The kitchen is huge and wonderful for cooking big meals with friends. We love to use the the bike path that runs right next to the home.
