Host was amazing in responding to my questions during booking. The Tiny House was artistically decorated and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for a small space. The outside patio was a lovely extension of the space.

Lovely spot and great hosts. Couldn't have asked for anything more for a few days in Oakland. The unit is super cute and in a great neighborhood with some seriously good eats nearby.

This space was clean, well-appointed and private, and perfect for me as a solo traveler. Just a short walk from Piedmont Ave shops, restaurants, movie theater and grocery, and a short drive to BART. Riza and Miguel were clear and friendly in their written communication of house rules and check-in and out procedures. Street parking during the day is a bit of a challenge in this neighborhood- although the street the tiny house is on doesn't require a permit or fee, there weren't any open spots on the block during my three-night stay. I was able to find metered 2-hour parking about a block away, though, so this was only a minor inconvenience. I would definitely book this place again when I'm in town!
