About this property

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful hill country escape. White Bluff on the Medina is a brand new guest home designed to take maximum advantage of its location with RIVERFRONT access, 10 acres of countryside to explore, amazing views of the surrounding mountains and river valley, and even a hike up the bluff to your very own CAVE!! The home comes with plenty of amenities, all in the stately shadow of a picturesque white limestone bluff. We have a few gas and wood fire/BBQ pits around the property for your use. Please be mindful not to leave any fires unattended and water down once done using them. Gas will be provided for short stays of 4 days or less. Anything additional is your responsibility.
Take out all trash to downstairs bins and bag all outdoors additional trash. Extra cleaning fee of $100 for non bagged trash. There is a golf cart available for use for an additional flat fee of $150.00 Access to the key can be sent once payment is received.
Leave all spaces as you found them. Anything left out and not in its original place will incur an additional $50 fee

Love The View

It was super hard for me to fine the “easy” entrance, but boy once I found the place it was really a beautiful view. I enjoyed it. The grounds area had lose tin pieces and trash bags with leaves by trees and some random trash around the bottom. Overall it was a great stay. Nice peaceful area.
