About this property
River front, family compound in the heart of Hunt, TX
Located in the heart of Hunt in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to camps, The Hunt Store and Crider's. Our wonderful patio looks over a large yard and the river. The stones steps lead you to the gorgeous water front and the perfect place to float the day away. You may choose to dine inside at our round table or outside under our pavilion with bistro lights and fans. The fire pit is a great place to gather on cool nights or to roast marshmallows year round.
The main house has four bedrooms with black out curtains and in suite bathrooms, living room, den, open concept kitchen with dining area and outdoor seating and patio. All bedrooms have queen beds and black out curtains. Sleeps 8.
Our cottage (also on driveway, 40 yards from house, adjacent to barn) has 2 separate rooms and 2 baths. Room 1 has a queen bed and two twin beds. Room 2 has a queen bed and a twin bed and behind another door, there is a double bed. Sleeps 8 in all.
Our barn (also on driveway, 40 yards from house, adjacent to cottage rooms) is two floors of bunk beds with two bathrooms. Sleeps 18.
No pets. Requires $1,500 deposit

The property is just beautiful and ideal for a large group! The kitchen has everything we needed and the refrigerator was perfectly sized. The layout is perfect, allowing privacy for families and offering additional spaces for flexible arrangements. The hosts are gracious and responsive.
