A quick drive to the center of Bolton, and a 25mi drive to Gore Mountain skiing. Fully-equipped modern kitchen for cooking in or grilling at home. Have your morning coffee on the expansive outdoor deck, inside or outside of the new screened-in porch, while watching the sunrise over Lake George! Bedrooms are roomy, comfortable, and bright. Two primary Bedrooms have kings, 1st floor with an en-suite, upstairs bedroom has the best view in the house! Step outside onto the new upper deck with coffee or cocktails - day or night...the view of Lake George is perfect!

Quiet and cozy Adirondack home that's perfect for gathering all year round. Make it your annual place to visit!

Main room - Beamed ceilings with plenty of seating and a stone fireplace, Smart TV, WiFi, dining area. Seasonal window air conditioning.

2 Primary Bedrooms - first floor has a full en-suite, with a small deck facing the woods and seasonal air conditioning. Top floor has lake views , including a spacious new deck off of the maester bedroom.

3rd BR - has 2 full beds with pull-out single trundles. Seasonal air conditioning.

3 Full baths - Main bath has large tub and shower, upstairs recently updated with tiled shower. Downstairs has a brand new bathroom with shower.

Lower level GAME ROOM has ping pong and air hockey tables, Smart TV, Wii gaming console, board games, puzzles and bunk beds with trundle for extra sleeping space. It also has a walk-out deck to the front yard for outdoor gaming.

2 Gas stone fireplaces - one in the Living Room and one in Game Room, each with their own thermostat.

3 Smart TVs for your streaming needs and movie nights.

Delightful Stay in Bolton

Michelle is a great property manager, very responsive and had a book of instructions to make things easy. The property is close to Bolton Landing and provides a distant view of Lake George from the top floor. The owners have been doing construction updates and, once finished, the home will feel great. Construction is expected to be finished in the fall. I recommend staying here.
