A very nice house that felt like home. We thought the view of Lake George would be more extensive, but the pictures are actually accurate. Also, the location was great as it was close to both Bolton and Lake George. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great home with superb view of Lake George. Extra snacks were a surprise, yet very much appreciated, especially after a long travel day. King bed was comfy and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Our dog loved the deck and the yard (on leash). Convenient driving proximity to Bolton Landing "downtown" . We also took trips to the dog beach in Lake George and had a meal in Hague. All in all a great long weekend. Anna was incredibly quick with responding to our questions before and during the trip.

Good sized kitchen , grill worked great, fire pit was awesome. House was nice and clean upon check in. Everything worked grrat. The view was beautiful. Great communication , fast responses. Grounds were well kept. Thanfully pet friendly. Look forward to going back !

Everything was wonderful. The view is amazing and the outdoor property is very nice as well. Check in was easy and the host Anna went out of her way to let us know things to do with our toddler. The weather was amazing which definitely helped. One of the best experiences we’ve had with VRBO.

We had a wonderful stay in Bolton Landing. The house was spotless, very comfortable, and had absolutely stunning lake views. The host thought of everything — from complimentary snacks and beverages to all the essentials you could possibly need, which made us feel right at home.It’s a gorgeous spot for a relaxing getaway, and the location is perfect — close to town, but still peaceful and scenic. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to come back again!

South Farm cottage was perfect!

An incredible view of the Lake George and the Adirondack mountains. The home was clean, quiet and comfortable with excellent communication from the host. We would highly recommend staying at South Farm for anyone wanting to enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks.

Amazing location and view

The location is close to Bolton Landing and Lake George but remote enough to give you the quiet that a great vacation requires. Amenities were great and the view could not be beat! We plan on coming back.
