The house was spotless and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed, and more. The kitchen was terrific – even better than my own at home.The neighborhood was quiet with nice sidewalks for walking my dog. i’ve stayed at many VRBO‘s and this is a one of the very best, especially at the price.

This house was perfect for what we needed, especially with a 1.5 yr old that is extremely busy! There were minimal knickknacks around, which was helpful. House was equipped nicely, with storage for food we purchased. Loved that we didn’t have to do anything upon checkout, which made my life that much easier! Host was very prompt with messaging and instructions.

This home was ideal for our stay. The amenities were thoughtful and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. If you have a family or pets, there are multiple green spaces, parks, splash pad and swimming pool. The garage was nice to use to tuck the car away at night. Ricardo was a very responsive host, and the everything was very clean and tidy. I will stay there again when I return!

The home was clean and comfortable. We had a couple difficulties, but the owner was very responsive. We had to email him twice. One was the garbage disposal and the other was with the door locking when we left the final time. We would have liked to know there was no patio or patio covering and the yard was just dirt and we had our dog with us. Overall the stay was good and the host was responsive and kind.

My husband and son in law , worked in the area for a couple weeks and stayed here. The house was nice , clean and had everything they needed. The back yard has dirt only , so not a great sitting area but we didn’t need to use it. Overall great experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this property which was close to family we were visiting for the holidays. There were 6 adults in our group which maxed out the property's space and resources. The host had put up a Christmas tree and a few decorations. That was a really nice touch. We will consider this listing for future trips to the area.

The backyard was a sandlot, there is no outdoor furniture to sit outside, there is charcoal and lighter fluid but no grill, you have to rent a mailbox if you are staying for an extended time, there is no local TV so you have to pay for that, the pool is not heated so is unusable during the winter months, there are no clocks except on the microwave and stove, the kitchen is not fully stocked (only 3 forks), most of the dishes are chipped, pet food on the floor in the master bedroom and kitchen, the pictures labeled "property grounds" are the local park,only one set of towels in each bathroom, and no storage containers in kitchen. The house itself was nice, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Florence winter get away

The home was very comfortable in all rooms as its basic use is concerned. We found the living room couch not very comfortable being low and the back frame was in bad position. Additional plates, glasses, and silverware would be helpful in use by a family or for entertaining guests. The back yard was completely unfinished with a centralized fire pit only. We spent some time locating and purchasing chairs and an outdoor rug to create a spot to sit for relaxation. There was no grill supplied so we brought a new small charcoal grill for our use. There was no place but the ground to place the grill during use. The owner did reimburse us for the all the furnishings we brought to the back yard and they were left at the facility. We used the back yard nearly every day for various reasons and were disappointed that the information was not included for this. Also the absence of information on how to operate kitchen appliances and television remotes as well as the expectations of what is expected of the client upon leaving the facility made us uncomfortable. There were also no storage containers in the kitchen. Realizing each of these require funds and some work, we felt that the supply of the small items and the completion of the back yard facilities would have made our one month stay very memorable in a positive way.
