Enjoy summertime in this completely renovated spacious Osterville home on a quiet side street. Air conditioning was added to the whole house in June 2024! The main floor has an open concept bright and inviting living room, dining room, and well-stocked kitchen. Down the hall, a half bathroom and laundry room are centered between the two large bedrooms, both of which have beautiful ensuite bathrooms. Enjoy your morning coffee on the bedroom balcony overlooking the trees and watching the birds. Downstairs, there is another living room with a queen pullout sofa and an air hockey/ping pong table! Walk down the hall to find two more rooms - one is a bedroom with large windows to let in the sunlight, and the other is an office with an adorable built-in daybed. Curl up with a book on the cooler or rainy Cape days. A full bath with shower is located between the rooms on the lower level. The impeccable outdoor space features a large yard and lovely patio with a firepit and plenty of seating to enjoy the breezy Cape Cod evenings. The home has a circular driveway with parking for five cars. There are three exterior cameras for the front, back, and side doors. The home comes with a beach parking pass to enjoy Barnstable beaches.

Osterville is a picturesque village in Barnstable located on Nantucket Sound. This perfectly situated home is only about a half mile to the quaint village's restaurants and shops, a wonderful place for an afternoon stroll. Have lunch at Wimpy's for fresh seafood, Crisp Flatbread for delicious pizza and pasta, or the Chart Room for a cocktail with a view. Lovely Dowse's Beach is only about a mile away for those sunny summer days! Walk around the charming neighborhoods to take in the classic Cape architecture and beautiful water views.

Hyannis is 5 miles from Osterville and features a lively downtown, shopping, restaurants, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Take the ferry from Hyannis Harbor to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. Enjoy the public golf courses or catch a Cape Cod Baseball League game. Falmouth and Chatham are also great day trips from Osterville.
