Nice Home

We sold our home and rented for one month while waiting for escrow to close on our new home. Phillip is a great host—very responsive to our texts. The only con is that the living room furniture was uncomfortable for us. We are seniors & need recliners to elevate our feet. That should not concern younger couples. We had our Cockapoo with us, and there was a nice park two houses down. The neighborhood was quiet and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There is a covered patio with a nice barbecue grill, table & chairs, outdoor tv, and sitting area. There are three queen size beds in three bedrooms—very comfortable.
