We needed a pet friendly place to stay for a weekend near San Marcos. Communication with the host and the check in process was efficient and simple. As others have stated, the place was clean, comfortable, and met our needs perfectly.
We had a great stay, house was great and perfect access to the river. 10 min from downtown San Marcos. Sarah is very helpful and made us feel very welcome!

Thank you Desiree, was a pleasure to have you. Glad you enjoyed your stat
We reserved this house so we could float the River with some friends, and it’s location was extremely convenient. Located .5 miles from our exit from the river, we were able to get back to the house within 20 minutes of finishing our float. The sunflowers and the chickens were definitely a different, but yet settling addition to our stay!

While looking for a house to stay at for a short vacation. We found this listing in a fairly quiet residential neighborhood. The house was very accommodating and nice. It had all the amenities inside that you could need, right down to a spacious back yard. Only negative thing i have to say is we didnt stay longer. We were very pleased with the host as she helped us withour accommodations for our rip.
If you are going to San Marcos for tubing...stay here! Rent from Texas Tubes. You can walk to the tubing exit spot and they will bus you to the tubing entrance. Then you tube all day and simply walk from the Texas Tubes exit to the house.
