Summary:
Whether you are here visiting family, for work, or just passing through, our house is a relaxing place to unwind. Our beds are soft and cozy allowing you to get the good night sleep you deserve. Our house is minutes from downtown where you can enjoy the local restaurants and events. Downtown also offers Flowrider and iFly which is something unique to Ogden. We are a 5 minute drive to Weber State, and are within a 30 minute drive to Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley ski resorts.

The Space:
The house is all on one level. You can enter the house through the front door by parking on the street or through the back door by parking in the parking area in the back of the house. There are 4 parking spots in the back of the house.

The master bedroom is at the front of the house just off of the living room. The bunk room is across from the bathroom which is just off of the dining and kitchen area. Each bed has two types of pillows, a soft and firm one. The sheets are 100% cotton with a comfy down comforter on top.

There is a washer and dryer in the house where guests are free to do their laundry and ironing.

The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies and ingredients. If you need something specific, let us know and we are happy to provide it for you.

There is a deck off of the back of the house with patio furniture where guests can enjoy the fresh air and views of the beautiful mountains nearby..

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the main level of the house. Guests will access the house through the keypad on the front or back door. Guests can park in front of the house on the street, or there are 4 parking spots in the back of the house.

The Neighborhood:
The home is close to downtown in a mostly quiet neighborhood. The neighbors on either side of the house are quiet.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. The house is located close to downtown and bus lines so you can use public transportation or walk of you don't have a car.

Other Things to Note:
This house is a duplex, but nothing is shared with the other unit. Everything including the heating and air is separate. It feels as if it is a single home.

We want to welcome you to our rental home. We are excited for you to stay here and hope that you enjoy your time in Ogden. We moved to Ogden when we got married 17 years ago and fell in love with the mountains and haven’t left since. We love living so close to the mountains. We ski in the winter and mountain bike and hike the rest of the year with our kids. We have 5 kids ranging in age from 14 to 3, as of 2023. We go most everywhere together even though it can sometimes be a little crazy. We love to travel and see new places. We have a goal with our kids to visit all 50 states before they leave the house.

Why they chose this property

They say location, location, location. This property is close to everything. Grocery stores, restaurants, and downtown life are all within minutes driving time. Getting to the local mountain trails is only minutes away as well.
