Stunning 2B 2B Condo w/private balcony and breathtaking views of the Gulf and State Park Fishing Pier. Updated w/Stainless steel appliances, cabinets and granite counters. Fans and Flat screens in both BRs and LR. Floor to ceiling Hurricane Windows and Slider updated in 2024. We are within walking distance to all activity in Gulf Shores such as the Festivals, the Hangout, shopping and restaurants. We provide Beach equipment and all the essentials so you can have an awesome vacation! Relaxing and Family Friendly complex sitting on the Gorgeous White Sand Beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
This complex boasts a big pool. There is a large lounging area next to the grilling area with tables and chairs so you can enjoy dinners outside there or on your private balcony. Also ice machine, soda machine and snacks.
Walk, ride a bike, or drive. Everything is close.

Island Sunrise is located in the heart of all things Gulf Shores. Walking distance to so many destinations such restaurants and shopping. This is super valuable since parking is limited near the beach

There is a parking Pass for ONE vehicle only that is included with your stay. Please fill it out completely with your dates and put it on the dashboard of your vehicle. There is parking for two vehicles during the months of Sept-May 16. You must contact me prior to your arrival to purchase an additional pass for 45.00 during these months.

The place was actually super nice and clean, cute little place for a smaller family, Patti was the coolest and most understanding person ever every time I had a question she took like 5 minutes and gave me a answer. Loved it will definitely try to book that condo if I go back down there.

Easy, Quiet, and Convenient

Extremely clean property within walking distance (~0.6 mi) from The Hangout, yet far enough away that it's not noisy. All the amenities we needed, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out process was extremely easy. Beautiful beach out the doors of the lobby. Multiple restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store practically across the street.
